During our stay at Marriott, we experienced a minor issue with our room. However, the staff acted promptly and in a very professional and pleasant manner to resolve the issue.

Great location near the main train station and Grand Place. The staff were friendly and attentive, even surprising us with a birthday treat for my husband. The room was spacious and clean, easily accommodating the extra cot we needed. Plus, the hotel provided helpful recommendations for the best waffles in the city.
The hotel could use some refurbishment, as the rooms seemed a bit worn and outdated. the cleaning staff could work on respecting guests' privacy by not entering the room too early in the morning.

bad/couldn't sleep because of noise nuisance from partying/singing teenagers in the street. Noise from the police etc. Noise nuisance lasted until 5.00 a.m. This hotel is no longer an option!.
